It was my life, my 2nd home. Although I am not Catholic,during Lent I gave up Starbucks for 40 days and 40 nights. I was going once a day & then my Best Friend needed money for school so instead of going to Starbucks I gave him the money that I would have spent there. Now I go once, maybe twice a week and I actually appreciate it a lot more now. Just to show you how hooked I was... I had my 2nd Stroke at Starbucks and wanted to know afterwards if I had drank all of my Viente Soy Chai before the ambulance took me away. Also, after my first Stroke where I ended up being paralyzed on my left side for 4 months I went to Starbucks right after receiving the news from the Doctor since my right hand could still hold the Coffee.
